Integrity and pragmatics are of great importance to me. I enjoy going behind the scenes at enterprises; my varied interests and listening skills help me discover what drives my clients, and what their crucial interests are. My work as an insolvency administrator allows for me to regularly be intensively involved on the operational side of businesses, and gives me the ability to spot 'red flags' within companies in (the early stages of) difficulties. My experience and knowledge give me the capability to view legal issues in a broader perspective. When resolving issues, the question I ask first and foremost is if the entrepeneur has been helped both efficiently and long-term: my preference goes out to solutions that are simple but stable.
