For clients, I create partnerships between entrepreneurs. I think along about legal forms, map out structures and resolve shareholder disputes. I also assist directors and supervisors in liability cases. I teach and do research at the university. It is precisely this combination of practice and science that I like. With my broad knowledge, I can switch quickly. This combination of science and practice is in the DNA of our office.
