Employment law is my main speciality. I represent both employers and employees. This keeps me sharp and wide oriented and I don't develop tunnel vision. I also always keep a keen eye on the human side. I regularly deal with the manifestly unreasonable dismissal of a statutory director. In such cases, there is a special tension between the person of the director and company law. Since January 1, 2024, I have my own law firm, Boertje Advocatuur.
