Frank van der Ingh
Frank van den Ingh (1952) is our firm’s advisor. After working for a large law firm for seven years, he made the switch to academics in 1985. He is Emeritus Professor of Corporate Law and has published prolifically. Frank has in-depth knowledge of conflicts between shareholders, directors and supervisory directors. He is an expert in the field of corporate relations and on the certification of shares; he obtained his PhD on the latter in 1991. His expertise makes Frank’s contributions to our practise and know-how invaluable.
